When the original artist of Temerity had to leave the project, it felt like the end. But Temerity refused to die, and now, for issue #4: Blitz Station, Chad Hardin is returning to do what he does best: covers that stop you in your tracks.
The stunning interiors continue with Light Comic Studio, and with Chad on the cover we are delivering something special. The Temerity crew is heading somewhere bigger and more dangerous than ever. Taeru, Naia, and Captain McKarmick dock at Blitz Station — hunted, outnumbered, and absolutely not backing down. This is the Temerity you fell in love with, and it’s back in a big way.
Issue #4 picks up right where we left off: the crew of the Temerity has docked at Blitz Station, the galaxy’s biggest neutral territory where anything could happen. The plan is simple: keep Taeru moving every four hours to dodge his tracking chip, find someone who can recode it, and don’t cause an incident. But when your super-soldier doesn’t understand why you can’t change clothes in public, and your captain is secretly building a list of buyers to sell him off to pay off an enormous debt, “simple” was never really on the table.
With Yamamoto’s elite enforcers arriving on station and a three-day deadline closing in, the Temerity crew must be both brilliant and quick-witted to get out of this alive.
This issue is 25 full-color pages printed on high-quality glossy paper, saddle stitched, with a cover by Chad Hardin and a variant cover by Jemma M. Young. As we grow in funding, we will add content to book 4, including more guest art, extra side comics, and concept art.
