I tried to comment earlier, but I was in the middle of nowhere, so I don't know if it went through. Anyways.....the reason I'm on Substack....is you. I started following you on wt.....you're intelligent, funny, and a top shelf storyweaver/artist, who could possibly want more? You're moving in the right direction for yourself.....I admire you for that....screw wt it's their loss.

That's too bad about Webtoon. I haven't read comics there for a while, I was thinking of cross posting there to get more visibility. I have liked Substack so far, even if it takes a bit of customizing for the comic scrolling format and navigation. The site is mostly oriented toward blogs so it is always good to see more comic offerings here! Enjoy!

Children of Eldair was a light in the darkness for me during a very hard time. I'm so sorry that Webtoons can't get out of their own way enough to support fantastic artists like you. I really hope Substack does better!

Here from webtoons! I hope things will turn out for the better with the move! I don't know if I'm willing to commit to a subscription model for the comics (I have a personal dislike of subscriptions and avoid them like the plague) but I'll definitely be interested in purchasing the digital chapters of Eldair as they continue to come out, I hope that is helpful in support the comic I love.

No worries! You'll still be able to read the comics here for free if you're patient. Premium subscribers just get to read episodes early :)

I've moved over from webtoons. I've been a big fan of your work for a while. Started reading back in 2014 or so. Love the story and the artwork.

As a side note, now that you're running your own site, you might consider reviving the top web comics entry for Eldair (I started reading on that side). It doesn't get too much traffic, but I believe it is free to post your comic. At least, the entry hasn't expired in over a decade. And if you send a bunch of us over to upvote it, I'm pretty sure it would end up in the top 100, and would likely sustain itself very well

Oh! I haven't thought about TopWebComics in ages! I wonder if I remember my old login. Haha! That's a really good idea, maybe I'll see if I can revive that and update it. Thank you!
